8.0The facility was clean, staff were very accommodating, parking was great, the pool/ hot tub area was great. The fitness room was large and well equipped.
− The room lighting is poor. The closet is not designed for multiple guests in a room.

− I didn’t like that we had to walk outside of the hotel to walk over to the front desk. I also did not like that breakfast was not included. With what was charged, you’d think they’d include breakfast or at least charge a decent price for it.
Amazing property and staff
10.0This is a beautiful property with excellent staff . Everyone working there are extremely helpful, polite and beautiful people. I forgot my earrings in the room and checked out of the hotel. However, the two ladies at the front desk Ranji and I don’t remember other lady’s name. They both were so helpful to me and special thanks to the guy who checked us in . I would definitely come back here whenever I visit Monterey. 💕 love you all
