4.0Air conditoning/heater was very noisy... I called front desk, seemed the lady was rushed and wanted to cut off the conversation. Property looks very dated and smells humid.

10.0A quick one night to support friends event in nearby Detroit. Room, view, and location was terrific. Guest services were terrific. I left drivers license at desk and they quickly called me back. Everything first class.
