− Everything else. Community microwave for $200 a night rooms...REALLY... TV outdated and not working, poor water system, etc, etc, ... Paris Hilton wouldn't stay there... So you shouldn't
Hotel needs an interim facelift and staff needs training on making the guest feel a little more welcome and appreciated

− It is in great need of updating. It felt wore out. Out of 4 elevators, only one was in working condition. Hospitality at the front desk could have been better. They provided no information at check in about amenities of the hotel.
I paid $480 for one night stay. The furniture was horrible. Peeling bathroom water tub stopped up it

Needs to be up graded
7.0− Only 1 elevator was working and there was 2 events going on at the Hilton making wait time too long. Had to take stairs (8th and 12th floors)upon arrival and departure with luggage and 4 kids 5 years and younger and one special needs child.
