9.0The cleanliness of the property and the room. Also, a well stocked guest market, with a copious amount of selections.
− The room door was very hard to close, which made my daughter and I uncomfortable about being too loud. Also, the cleaning staff didn’t communicate effectively with each other after we decided to extend our stay. After paying and having our keys re-keyed, the maids entered the room and additional 2 times without the items my daughter and I requested. Lastly, we had to ask the front desk staff for missing accommodations.
