− That you can't check in until 3 pm . It's ridiculous how much a person gets charged. So expensive
Never stay at a OYO property again

− Room was filthy. Old food left in fridge Room smelled of pesticides and disinfectant.

1.0Nothing! It was filthy. There was litter everywhere. Everything was old and run down. The toilet dripped all night. The tv was great and easy to operate.
− Read my above comment. The WiFi was iffy. The coffee in the office was barely luke warm. I heated ours up in the microwave and told the desk that it was cold. I went back in about 30 minutes and it was the same. We preregistered on line. When we tried to check in, our room wasn’t ready, as none of the king bed rooms were cleaned. We downgraded. It didn’t seem like the pictures of the rooms on line matched up at all with what we got. The desk person tried to figure out what went wrong with our preregistration, and why the rooms weren’t clean and ready. She went to the manager but got zero help.

So bad, I slept fully clothed, and got out the next day to a nice hotel in Centralia for the same price.

− Everything! Filthy, towels covered in mold, bed and bedding full of urine, blood and god only knows what else.
Don't stay here until the make some changes.
2.0Seemed like a good deal
− Staff was understaffed, overworked and clearly in an advanced stage of burnout. Room was smelly and in disrepair .
