8.0It’s clean and safe. I think recently remodeled, so it’s nice, but the walls are thin. We could hear every conversation next to us and every bed spring above us.

2.0I have called not once but three times to speak to a manager. And Everytime they are demanding who I am and won’t let me talk to her. This hotel was awful. Ended up getting moved rooms bc we were locked out each time we left. Then when we got moved the fire Alarm kept beeping for 7 nights when we were told someone would come fix it the next morning. The room we got moved to also didn’t have a microwave and was smaller than our original room…We spent 7 nights here and I would never stay here ever again. We spent a LOT of money for this hotel. No reimbursement for anything.

10.0Quiet, clean, free continental breakfast. Our cable went out and someone came immediately and fixed it within 5 minutes. Easy access to freeway. Air conditioned. Great place to stay for Aftershock.
