The room was great, but the hotel itself was not. It was not worth the money.
6.0The family room was great. It fit our family of 6 very well and was very comfortable.
− You have to make a reservation and pay to use the pool. Even as a paid guest staying at the property. Never have I stayed at a “resort” before and then had to pay to use the facilities.
Amazing place and staff!
10.0It was the first stop on our Honeymoon. They offered us an upgrade at a discounted price and gave us a gift and card on arrival. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The amenities are great and everything is super clean. The staff is wonderful and always ready to help. Location is great and the shuttle service to disney parks is very well run. Would love to visit again!

10.0Замечательный отель! Остались очень довольны проживанием. Номер просторный, светлый и очень комфортный, с приятным видом на парк. Расположение удобное для посещения Tokyo Disneyland и DisneySea. Завтраки очень понравились: большой выбор блюд, свежие фрукты, всё вкусное, каждый смог найти что-то по своему вкусу. Есть супермаркет прямо в отеле – очень удобно. Успели посетить бассейн на свежем воздухе – отличная зона отдыха.

10.0There were plenty of facilities. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The overall design of the building was modern and convenient for visitors to move about with ease. Additionally, the staff at Silva, were friendly and incredibly helpful. We dined there everyday for lunch and dinner due to the exceptional service we received. They understood our dietary needs and treated us with benevolence at a level greater than expected at a Hilton restaurant. In a nutshell, I loved it.
− I think that there should be a lounge for non-member visitors to stay at while waiting for the room to be cleaned or prepared.
