− The AC wasn't getting cold. There was no ice in the ice machine. When I called the front desk they were rude. All the restaurants close super early. I had to door dash.a
Overall was great especially restraunt waitresses.

I enjoyed the location . The beach and pools were really good! I enjoyed the weekend.
7.0The food was good.I was disappointed in the Prime Rib at the Steak House. It was not cooked to my satisfaction and it was very expensive. I will not eat there again.
− My room was great but the other 5 people S rooms were really hot. They were on the 3rd floor and I was on the 16th floor.

1.0One person checking guests in.no one ever came for bell service so got my own cart and loaded. Day of checkout employees talking to each other. Me and another guest had to find a valet to get our cars while employees talking ⁹
