Front desk customer service review
6.0Unhelpful front desk man, but the front desk lady saved the day! Delivered food here and had an incorrect room number from the customer. The front desk man was incredibly unhelpful, gave me attitude, and refused to look up the guests name to contact them. Fortunately, he got busy in a phone call right in front of me and the lady working the front desk stepped in to help. She was extremely sweet, contacted the customer immediately. One staff member was 1/5, the other 5/5. Average to a three.
