− Ice machine and elevator ran all Night Hall way noise past 11 pm noise from 5 am till I left have stayed here since you opened 30 years ago bad public bathroom was a disgrace bad
Terrible room
3.0Chose for location to DIA. Very convenient to the Parking Spot where we leave our car.
− A few hours after we arrived, we woke up to smell horrible sewage smell from the bathroom. This continued all night. We left the hotel at 5:30am because we couldn't tolerate the smell any longer.
Great stay!
9.0Check in staff was friendly and helpful. we got in late so we bought frozen food and microwaved it for a quick meal which was helpful. Mattress was very comfortable. Took a while to get warm water in the shower but it was late so it was understandable. Shuttle service was very helpful and friendly.

− Guests on other side of the connecting door were quite loud at 6 am. Hallway guests were very loud with banging doors quite early when it should have been designated quiet time.
