I wouldn’t stay at this hotel if my life depended on it
7.0The breakfast
− My door won’t lock terribly lighting the room. I could open all the doors on 4th without a key just lift the door handle up.
Room was comfortable after being switched to a working AC room
3.0I made the reservation about a month ago. I chose to pay at the property. Upon check-in the staff said they were overbooked and because I didn't pay online I didn't have a room as they were sold out. Then she said they can move me to a different hotel but I refused. The other woman gave me an attitude and said they don't have a room but they will fit me in somewhere and began calling other hotels for walk in availability. They put me in a handicap room. I went to a concert and came back and the AC wouldn't work. The lady working at 12am was very nice and said we can switch rooms. I was confused because earlier I was told they were sold out. The kind woman switched me rooms and we were able to rest. The two women working around 4pm on 7/1/26 were very rude.
