3.0Some employees folks @ the front desk need not to work directly with guests.(not management) A few were deplorable. A situation involving delayed payment happened. My sponsor was in the process of approving my payment unprovoked, a female employee had the cops come to remove me despite my asking for the manager. It was totally unprovoked and unprofessional. Given the circumstances they could have waited. My goal was not to evade payment. On the contrary

Nice hotel for a quick nights rest.

− When I booked on booking.com the room said a double which i naturally assumed was two queen beds. Turns out it was one king bed and it was 2 adults and 2 children. They were sold out and couldn’t swap our rooms. That was the only inconvenience that we encountered.
