10.0Everything about the facility was 5 star.I gave 4 stars for the staff because they weren't overly friendly or overly helpful. Just basic service but not bad service.
Very poor/not a typical Hampton stay
4.0I have stayed at many Hampton Inns over the years and this was not up to standards. The hotel and rooms were very dated and the room was dirty, moldy, and gross. There was “patchwork” of paint to cover up blemishes on the walls. Someone’s car was broken into and their window was smashed. Made us choose not to park around back. The only positive was friendly staff when we did interact with them.
