9.0Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and with a good size (ours had a little sofa) and a king size bed. The fitness room was decent and the outdoor pool was nice. The location is excellent. Despite being located on a busy road, the building is far back enough that there's no noise. There are restaurants on walking distance. Plenty of shops near by. The breakfast had a good variety for all tastes.

10.0I had issues at first checking in but the lady at that time was very apologetic and showed empathy and was kind enough to help dissolve the issue.
Was okay for one night.
7.0The staff was friendly, although she was smoking right outside the main entrance when we arrived. The room was clean.
− Breakfast options were terrible. Not a lot of options. Eggs were fine, sausage, a ham hash, potatoes. No individual yogurt cups or variety, only three adult cereals. Some bread and bagels.

− My only complaint was that the mattress on the sofa bed should be thicker for an adult to be comfortable.
