Disappointing stay—poor comfort, unpleasant odors, and not worth the price. I would not stay here again.
4.0The location was convenient, and the staff was friendly and courteous during check-in and throughout my stay.
− The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The hotel had an unpleasant odor, and my room also had a noticeable smell that made the stay less enjoyable. Considering the price I paid, I expected a much cleaner, more comfortable experience. Overall, I did not feel the stay was worth the cost and would not choose this hotel again.

− This Hampton Inn is definitely not upto standard. Outside areas were dirty. Pool and deck was dirty and the room was worse. I had to ask for sheets to cover the sofa and chair before you could sit on them. Carpet and bathroom tile was filthy. Walls stained and bed linens, towels stained. Certainly not worth the rate charged or 3 star rating. Location was nice and safe with many restaurants to choose from and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was just Ok.

− Room okay, but all of the furniture old and marred. Bathroom sink slow to drain. Breakfast disappointing. Hilton hotels are overpriced for the quality. Used to be a lot nicer. 😕👎
