− The pool was dirty and freezing. I've never been in an indoor pool so cold. Also the bed clothing didn't seem to be washed properly.

− Breakfast was good but oatmeal was watery, and tea bags were gone. Bed was not comfortable like a typical Hampton bed We were on first floor and it sounded like a dance party above us. We later found out there were multiple softball teams staying there
If you are looking for Hilton qualify go elsewhere
4.0WE stay at almost exclusively Hiltons. (Suggestion in case you do not want to read all of this. Very nice, well run Comfort Inn across the street. ) This one was supposedly upgraded/refurbished but it is clear they used the cheapest furnishings possible, almost to being tacky. There are no drawers, not even in bathroom. No shelves for your own shampoes, soaps, etc. Baseboards were literally wall board cut and just glued in place with cut side up! Pool, very cold. Key card machine broke so if you leave the room you are locked out AND Owners know all this. Pop and water matching doesn't work. And worst of all, I had asked for a handicap room with roll in shower. I did have a chair but the only shower head was 8 feet in air! No hand help unit. So how is that supposed to work!!! This has been pointe out to the owners and obviously they are not gonna put a penny more into operation then they have to. It was clean and staff was nice but priced as a Hampton?Hilton and certainly is not!
Ruined our sleep
5.0Bed was cozy
− Check out at 12, paid to stay til 1pm. Housekeeper banged on our door and woke us to see if we were gone at 10am. Ruined our sleep, couldn't go back to sleep and pissed us off
