2.0This was the nastiest, unclean and unkept hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There were obvious food smears everywhere, all over the window coverings, lampshades, walls doors, floors. It’s still running 90 degrees outside and the pool was closed although they didn’t let us know that at check in, we found out after trying to enter the pool area. I’m glad it was because the maintenance hasn’t been kept up on it, either. Gaping holes around the perimeter inside the pool. There were crumbs all over the floors of our room as well as sticky splatters nearly every surface I noticed inside and outside our room, as well as smelling weird my allergies have been going crazy since. I have gone back to the reviews several times making sure I didn’t get it mixed up with another I might’ve been looking at to book because there’s no way this should be rated a 9. It doesn’t look like it has been worthy of a 9 for 20 years, at least. I couldn’t even force myself to shower there due to the mold and buckling tile floor in the bathroom. If I could give this hotel a negative number I would, it deserves it.
