10.0what a find!!!!!!!!spotless and excellent rooms ,good breakfast but best of all staff who are very helpful and welcoming. I have stayed at Italian 5 star hotels who could learn from this one--thanks we are a group of well travelled 'older' guys who enjoy short breaks --100% satisfied with this hotel and indeed Palermo

6.0The hotel iand staff are great. The pubs in the area when they are open Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday are very loud and even with the windows closed you better be a heavy sleeper or you will have to wait until 5am to get some sleep. Other than that the staff is there when needed breakfast was good.

10.0Beautifully clean room and common area. Conveniently located to great restaurants, fish market and shopping. Excellent staff service and breakfast service for 10£. Very comfortable room. The street side room is above restaurants so noise volumes are a bit louder but i was so tired that it did not keep me up.

Bellissima sistemazione, insonorizzata molto bene, pulizia eccellente, gentilezza e professionalità di tutto lo staff in particolare la ragazza Fati che ci ha dato molti Consigli e suggerimenti per farci vivere al meglio questi giorni.
