− Geen schoonmaak tijdens verblijf van meerdere dagen.

9.0Great location, big size, washer in unit, had a nice interior design in the rooms.
− Our room had a funky smell, like mildew. It stuck to our clothing and had to wash everything at the next hotel. Airing out the room by opening the windows did not help.

− El estacionamiento. Llegamos un dia de fiesta y nos costó muchísimo estacionar!!!! Los dias normales no tuvimos problemas, pero tuvimos que pagar en un parking cercano

− The mattress on the bed isn’t great and the sofa bed is only suitable for small kids, otherwise it’s very uncomfortable.

9.0Vor allem Marta und ihre Kollegin Oihane an der Rezeption waren super nett, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Herzlichen Dank noch einmal an beide. Ebenfalls ein Dankeschön an das freundliche und umsichtige Team vom Room-Service.
