10.0Bet central to everything. The location was amazing. The hotel was very clean. The staff at front desk and at the angel restaurant for brunch and dinner were wonderful with my children’s allergies. Highly recommend

4.0The hotel is situated in the city centre and even if you close the windows and shutters it feels like you sleep on the street because of all the noise. Amazing that a hotel of this standing doesn’t have better windows. We stayed here for two night and have never slept so poorly because of street noise, screaming people in the middle of the night like they were next to our bed.

10.0Our stay was absolutely exceptional from start to finish! The hotel is beautifully designed and every space is stylish, spotless with a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere! Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, with a very comfortable bed and everything we needed for a relaxing stay even if was just for one night! The attention to detail throughout the hotel was outstanding! The location is amazing! Right in the heart of Florence and within walking distance of the city's main attractions, making it incredibly convenient to experience everything the city has to offer. Everyone was warm, friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again hopefully soon! 😊
