7.0The lady at the desk was extremely helpful and pleasant. The bed was pretty comfortable. We didn't use the pool, but it did look inviting. The breakfast this morning was really good and we were greeted very pleasantly by the lady preparing the food. A+ to both your women on staff.
− Our shower was very dirty. Hair all in the bottom and on the shower curtain. Found some hairs on the towels we had. It was gross!! Also, we have stayed here at least once every summer. We ho pick up our grandchildren. This is the first time I've been this disappointed and paid more this time than I ever have. Almost 250 dollars. Probably won't stop there again, hate to pay that much for a nasty room!
Outstandingly friendly people, very thoughtful, very delightful breakfast. Loved the “Go Bag” ..apple, muffin and apple.

6.0− Pool wasn’t in use. Would have been nice to know before I booked room. That was one of the main reasons we wanted to stay. That should have been noted somewhere on the site!
