8.0We love this hotel. Front desk staff friendly and helpful all shifts. Rooms are clean, bathrooms clean. The mattresses are dated and need replacing, but enough pillows, and linens. Location is perfect - bus, shuttle and metro are close by. Parking for a fee. Breakfast very good, hot and cold items, and fresh fruit. Walking distance to many shops, coffeehouses, bars and restaurants.

10.0I liked the location. Really good breakfast with a nice clean dining area. Kitchen staff was very friendly and kept food filled at all times. Sitting area was comfy & clean. Front desk staff was very courteous and smiling. Our room was very roomy, clean and our beds were comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
− Just a recommendation for waffle maker area. People stands right over your shoulder in your personal space while you are waiting for waffle to finish. Recommending a wait line for them to stand on until waffle maker is available.

10.0My room was comfortable, nicely furnished, and clean. The Breakfast buffet was wonderful. There were so many choices, and all the food was plentiful and delicious.
− It would have been nice to have a dinner restaurant on site. However, I do realize that there are numerous restaurants in close proximity to the hotel.
