A quiet and relaxing getaway
10.0We loved the private onsen and the delicious course meals prepared for dinner and breakfast. The place was also very cozy and the staff were all accommodating and polite. We highly recommend this place!

− Transportation is limited to the bus stop close to the hotel. I wish they are more flexible to drop off/pick up guests from Gora or Odawara.

9.0The staff were amazing. All spoke at least a little English, and they were all very super kind and helpful. The onsens were great and you could easily book a private one. The pickup and droff off service was vrry handy as they were based up a hill. Food was tasty and plentiful.
− The location is a little out of the way compared some other ryokans. The decor is a little tired in places and the ornaments are very random.
