6.0Location and the room was nice
− Was there from Thursday - Sunday . Housekeeping came once at 5:30 on Saturday and emptied trash and brought towels - never made the bed ever. Sign up that housekeeping comes every other day - seriously? Housekeeping daily she be included in the rate. Provide only two towels in a room designed for 2 people and those are to last 2 1/2 days. Substandard. Elevator was seriously sketchy and scary.

7.0I chose the Hampton Inn because it was close to the family I was there to visit. I like the ease of check in and having an exterior door close to our first floor room. The funniest thing was having my first name appear as a sort of screen saver on the TV in our room.
− We had a handicapped room and the toilet was pretty low. The beds were okay, but I'd have preferred one a bit softer. I didn't like having to go to the lobby area to use a microwave. And it would have been nice if there had been another way out of their parking lot because Eastman road is very busy.
Loved it here in fact changed hotels and booked here for future tournaments
10.0Very clean - beds were comfy - rooms were modern and comfortable. Pool amenities were nice - we were in town for a softball tournament and the parents visited and lounged in the patio area outside of the pool - wish there was shade or a canopy for out there - got really hot but the sun was nice too!
