− Resort is run down. The beds are in need of change. The breakfast was disapointing, and the whole place seems out of date. Not in line with my expectation.

9.0Quiet, relaxing on the Patio by the pool. I liked the outdoor heaters.
We enjoyed Scottsdale, the golf tournament, and where we stayed! We had an incredible trip
10.0I love the fact that we were very close to the golf tournament. I also love the fact that the staff were able to provide as a shuttle to a retail store. I’m back to the hotel. The pool and hot tub were fabulous and the complementary breakfast was great as well! We would definitely stay here again. It is so convenient.

Disappointed in this particular Hampton.
4.0Staff. The rest was mediocre to disappointing.
− Given a room on top floor back of hall, disability room, which we did not request. Room was substandard and we were moved the second night. Left a coat in the old room, checked with hotel twice before checking out. 3 weeks later they said they had it and insisted we pay the postage to return it.
Very nice, helpful staff. Extremely clean.
