Nice try but needs some help
3.0Awesome architecture. Easy access. Room was clean and quiet
− No hot water for my shower. Room AC was noisy and seems to be to struggle with the high heat of 110. Key restaurant was listed as open on website but is actually closed all week except Friday and Saturday and I was there on Thursday
Room was never refreshed despite requesting it 2 times.
2.0The facility is nice, it was a plus to be off the strip.
− We reserved an extra night, we never got our room refreshed. Despite the 2 time request. I even placed our garbage can and dirty towels outside our room, 24 hours later there were still there.

− Property needs some minor repairs, there was an area by the beach that was very dirty with trash, needs touch up paint and the Valet roof needs repair.

2.0− Pool area was dirty, umbrellas were broken, no staff to take orders or clean up around pool. Deck chairs were also dirty. Only one restaurant open on site. Limited selection options with no meat on the menu. Food was cold and tastless.
