8.0Staff was professional, courteous, and friendly. They were extremely patient with us not speaking German (more than people would be in the states). The breakfast and executive lounge (actually incredibly worth it) were unreal and the concierge was incredibly helpful. The only knock on the place was that our room was so hot at night that we would be coated in sweat. The AC being underutilized in Europe is something I’m used to, but our windows weren’t able to open either. Other than that it was a perfect place to stay
