6.0The room was nice, didnt know it was a separate building from the rest of the resort. Limited use of amenities like pool and fitness room
Bad Experience
4.0The room was dirty, cobwebs where behind the chair , night stands baseboards where filthy no one came to put linens in rm on the second day we where there, it’s pretty bad when the customer has to walk across the parking lot to go get their own linens and then walk back to their hotel with them. That’s pretty embarrassing.

2.0This is not a normal hotel. It's a building that used to be a hotel. You have to go into the casino across the parking lot to check in. The hotel looks like it hasn't been maintained for 30 years. Wallpaper peeling off the walls everywhere you look, dated furniture in your room that is torn or worn, the beds are old spring type. I went out of my room at 1am to get something from my car and when I tried to get back in, my key card wouldn't work. Most hotels that's not a huge deal but at this one, you'll have to go across the large parking lot to the casino, then you'll find no one at that front desk with a sign to call security. Security did a nice job responding and got me into my room but what an inconvenience to deal with in the middle of the night!!!
