8.0Melhor ponto é a localização do hotel. Ao lado da estação de trem Roma Termini, o que facilita muito o acesso a trens, metrô e ao Expresso Leonardo (acesso direto ao aeroporto). Eu e meu esposo pagamos 4 diárias e foi super tranquilo nossa mobilidade. O quarto bem pequeno, porém para um casal e só para dormir foi ok. A cama é confortável. Possui wi-fi e ar condicionado. O custo benefício foi outro ponto decisivo para optarmos por essa acomodação.

4.0− The elevator was out of service most of the time, after walking all day I was expecting to do not have to up to the 5th floor and struggle with the recent wax stairs. Also, if you arrive late at night they will charge you $20 euros.

5.0La posizione molto comoda perchè a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini. La stanza molto spaziosa e silenziosa.
− Nonostante le ottime recensione sulla pulizia che avevamo letto prima di prenotare, purtroppo abbiamo trovato una pulizia appena sufficiente. Il bagno molto piccolo, non c'era il bidet e la doccia era estremamente stretta, al punto che se si chiudevano le porte non ci si poteva muovere all'interno. Il piatto doccia macchiato e le porte sporche di muffa. Inoltre, nonostante i teli da bagno fossero stati lavati, erano presenti su di essi delle macchie gialle che non erano andate via con il lavaggio. Anche le lenzuola erano state lavate ma tutto emanava un cattivo odore, probabilmente di fritto.
