10.0obsługa mimo, że nie mówiła po ang, to nie był to żaden problem, bo wszystko co ważne przetlumaczylismy w translatorze - pani uśmiechnięta i bardzo miła i uczynna, super. czysto, wygodne łóżka, klima działająca poprawnie, świeże ręczniki, dobra suszarka do włosów, były kosmetyki do mycia na wannie i przy zlewie. śniadania w formie bufetu, bardzo smaczne i świeże, podawane w pokoju wspólnym ze stołem, ale można wziąć do pokoju. byliśmy rano i po wcześniejszym kontakcie z hotelem dostaliśmy pokój szybciej, dzięki czemu mogliśmy zostawić rzeczy i się odświeżyć. super sprawa. a gdyby pokój nie był gotowy to zaproponowano nam zostawienie bagażu bez problemu. lokalizacja obiektu genialna, na ulicy same luksusowe sklepy, więc nocą ładnie oświetlone. bardzo blisko wszędzie.
− niestety nie zrozumiałam, że jest wspólna łazienka na piętrze, więc dzieliliśmy łazienkę z jeszcze jednym pokojem, więc wieczorny prysznic lub korzystanie z toalety czasem trzeba było poczekać, ale są krzesełka wygodne przed, a sama łazienka była chyba sprzątana kilka razy dziennie, bo zawsze było czysto. ale to moja wina nie obiektu - uważam, że jak na wspólną łazienkę to obiekt prowadzi to super

10.0Toppen. Enkelt att hitta, att komma in och ett jättefint rum med bra läge o nära till Gamla stan och sevärdheter. Rummet och våningen var mycket fina och välstädat. Detsamma gäller den gemensamma toaletten. Rekommenderar boendet.

A great location, set in a fabulous. traditional building with friendly staff.
9.0The location was amazing. Located just around the corner from the Piazza Ferrari and less than 15 minutes walk to most of the tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly (Big thanks to Carlo who got in touch with us as soon as we landed at the airport and gave us great advice of how to catch the bus to literally 2 minute walk from the hotel).
