Easy check in, very close to the airport. Contrary to reviews, my wifi connection was pretty decent. Perhaps because I was closer to the reception desk.

The room was spacious, well located in Basco, 10 minutes walk from the airport but the hosts came to pick me up with their tricycle. Very helpful staff.

− Sometimes the wifi would disconnect when there was heavy rain but that’s to be expected and it’s not the end of the world, read a book 😊

Near the airport

− Had to wait for almost 2 hrs after check-in time just to get in my room. Passed by around 10:40am, hoping that I can leave my bagpack, but there's no one around. I messaged them in booking.com to ask what time the staff will be around, no response. I arrived 2:15pm onwards, called them more than 20x on both numbers that was posted in the wall of lobby (1st pic), it was ringing but no one's answering. Also texted them hoping I can get a refund nalang since it's almost an hour of waiting. Sa bayan, I know may signal coz I have data around the area. It was raining, I was waiting outside, my shirt's kinda wet already. 😅 Around 3:40pm a staffed arrived, she said that she didn't know there was a booking, since there's no one checked-in ATM. If you guys confirmed a booking in any site, you should've checked if there was a staff available during check-in time. Went inside, had to wait for another 10-15 mins coz the room I was supposed to use wasn't clean/organized. 🙄 There's no drinking water. The shower area's clogged too. I travel from time to time, but this is the first time I've experienced this kind of treatment.
