Great location and value for the money.
7.0Pros: Excellent location — 10/10! Close to Bayside Marketplace, downtown, shops, and restaurants. Parking is included, which is a big plus. The room was very clean and comfortable, although modest. Overall, great value for the price.
− Cons: The TV wasn’t working, and there was quite a bit of noise from other guests outside, so I had to use white noise to sleep at night. The receptionist didn’t speak English. The biggest downside was the $100 deposit refund, which took a week despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel by phone, as the phone number seemed to be inactive. I eventually received a reply to my message through Booking.com after following up, and the deposit was refunded.
Don’t judge a book by the cover. The rooms are great.

My room wasn't cleaned and the property refunds to refund and move me. I slept in a chair.
1.0− The guest service representative wasn't really helpful once told my room was cleaned. Not to mention that i stpod outsid for 15 mintues before checking in. The front office was closed when i got there after 3pm. There was hair on the beds and when asked for refund she pointed at a no refund sign. When asked to move me she declined. I also ask for the room to be clean and was told that housekeeping had went home for the day. Afterwards a housekeeper came into the office. And when told that the room wasn't cleaned she started speaking in her native language. Walked out came back with a sheet and left me to change the bedding. When I tried to communicate that I needed the whole bedding changed she kept walking as if she didn't hear me. All of this happen within 30 minutes after checking in.
