8.0The location was fantastic- right next to Times square. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. We initially had an internal room which was a bit smaller and the window was very small. The staff were very helpful and changed the room to an external room with a view over the street. I was delighted with this!! The room and bathroom were significantly bigger and it was exactly what I was hoping for. The breakfast was continental and more than adequate and it was a great bonus to have coffee, water and snacks all day. Would definitely recommend!!
