− It was small for the price. Had roaches. No dishware for the kitchenette.

1.0OVERRIDEN BY THE SIGNS OF THE TIME...STARTING WITH THE CORPORATE WORLD THAT GET THE PROPERTIES CHEAP VIA ASSET SELLOFFS...OPENED UP, WITH BUDGETS, HIRE, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY DON'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING WITH THAT PROPERTY...AS LONG AS YOU WANT...THEN, AS AN INVESTOR, OWNER, COMES AND LOOKS AT DUMP HIS INVESTMENT HAS BEEN RUNDOWN BY MANAGEMENT, OR THE MISMANAGEMENT, NOT TO MENTION THE HOMELESSNESS EPIDEMIC AND THE EFFECTS OF A HOUSING CRISIS THAT'S OUT OF CONTROL WITH THE OTHER ISSUES IN SOCIETY LIKE RACISM, DISCRIMINATION BEYOND ANY LAWS OF A.D.A. EVER WOULD TACKLE, HUD, SLOWED BY POLITICAL POLICIES THAT BORDER ON THAT DISCRIMINATION ON EVERY FRONT.

4.0Implications for staining comforter..and it would cost $50...from deposit.
− Implications for smoking in the room...quit smoking in march 2000...tell me ,"WHEN WAS THE LAST PERSON, WHO ACTUALLY SMOKED, AND DID YOU F'N CHARGE THEM"?

9.0Staff is very nice and laundry facilities are amazing. If you need an extended place to stay this has great location to everything. Grocery stores within walking distance as well as restaurants.
