8.0Literal drug deals taking place in nextdoor room. I used the key fob to lock my vehicle and the guy immediately opened his door thinking he had another customer. I watched him complete several parking lot transactions while waiting for my dog to pee. The facility is fine. Front desk manager is awesome. But the clientele...not so much.

8.0Road construction directly in front of property was incredibly loud. Property appears to have been recently remodeled and is in decent shape. Lots of shady people hanging around, though.
