− La cama principal era muy incómoda se hundía mucho

6.0Apartamento nuevo y limpio.
− Muy ruidoso, la puerta del complejo está justo al lado del apartamento y al no tener tope da portazos y por la noche te despierta varias veces este ruido. Hemos tenido mala suerte también porque ha habido gente saliendo y entrando y haciendo ruido en la calle hasta las tantas de la madrugada. Los que lleven mascotas, aunque no indiquen la cantidad os van a pedir 10 euros por noche por cada perro, a mí me hubiera gustado saberlo antes de reservar. Cuando dije esto al dueño por mensaje, me dijo que si no estaba de acuerdo que no llevara a mi perra. Obviamente ante una reserva no reembolsable he tenido que tragar y pagarlo, pero creo que se puede tener más educación al comunicar las cosas. El apartamento es pequeño y no invita a pasar mucho tiempo en él. El baño huele a humedad aunque se ve nuevo. El check out a las 10 me parece excesivo. El centro está a pocos minutos andando pero no hay acera y es algo inseguro caminar de noche por la zona.

8.0Las instalaciones en general muy bien. Muy limpio
− El departamento está junto a la puerta principal que da acceso a otros departamentos, la puerta no tiene tope entonces estás todo el tiempo escuchando como golpea la puerta y no puedes dormir bien hasta tarde que la gente deja de pasar. Había hormigas dentro del departamento.
