− We moved rooms after 1 night, I left a shirt hanging in the wardrobe. After moving I contacted reception who said they were going to ask housekeeping. They never returned my call, after chasing it up again, I was informed that there was no shirt in the room. 🤷♂️

10.0We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Sydney. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help with any questions. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we felt very welcome throughout our visit. The hotel offered great value for money, and we especially appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, and convenient location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sydney. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

9.0Great location, kitchenette was ample, I needed privacy and they were happy to leave me alone. Blackout curtains were fantastic. Right in the heart of everything.
− Only a stool in the room to sit on. I had specified I was a person with mobility issues. Difficult to get up from - and what if there were two of us? Where would the other person sit?
