7.0− I didn’t like that when we try to go on the elevator It was closing and hit one of family members and it wasn’t stopping until he put the luggage in front
It was a nice stay but the place needs a little care and tending to.
8.0Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. Room was comfy. Close to attractions. Room had everything we needed.
− Could have been cleaner. Appliances didnt work and had to be replaced. Pictures on wall are crooked. Headboards have hand prints and smears from previous people. Curtain missing.

Not happy with our room and service.
3.0The location of the property is great. Close to the beach and they have a Benihana right across the parking lot. We walked across foe dinner and watched the baseball game.
− I didn’t like that we had an issue and no one seemed to care about it. I called the front desk and the manager was supposed to call me back and I’m still waiting 2 days later.
