Bad experience!
4.0Room was dirty! Ring around toilet. Forgot to clean bathroom counter next to sink. Room smelled horrible. They sprayed something to try and get the smoke smell out,...never works! I gave the front desk a whole list of things wrong with room, but don't know if they even acknoledged it because there was noone at the front desk. I waited, and finally just left the key on the counter and left! Bad experience!

6.0Let me start off by saying that the staff here is very nice and friendly. However, now at check in, the management forces the staff to admonish the guest about the installation of new locks, and a ten dollar fee for lost key cards and fees for not returning the key to the front desk at check out instead of leaving it in the room. If keycards are forcing them to threaten penalties I can only imagine what would happen if they got the stains off of the carpet, fixed the torn furniture or addressed the leaky sinks and tubs.. This hotel is in need of basic care and necessary repairs. The condition of this hotel does not give the management the opportunity to be tacking on extra fees.

4.0Pros ..Ac is great. Water pressure is also great. Cons ....old tv need to upgrade them to smart tvs. Cleaner restrooms bathroom walls are filthy with build same for the tub . Have free hot breakfast. Cleaner carpets.

4.0I have stayed at this motel many times during the past ten years. This time though the room seem to be fine until I needed a plug by the chair and when I went to plug in I saw the chair had not been moved in a long time. Tons of spider webs. They were to change linens and towels on the third day but did not. Instead the curtains were open in my room when I left for the day and with the lights on you could see everything in my room. So someone was in my room but did nothing. It was scary to me. Won't stay there agsin.
