3.0The location is nice and the room was clean.
− There was no communication from the staff, the room was in a separate building with no indication of where to find the room - my calls to the contact number were declined and my messages left unanswered. The reception was closed, we had to ask for help from a seemingly unrelated person to locate the room. The room didn't have any equipment, not even glasses to drink from. There is no refrigerator, no coffee machine, no kettle, no common kitchen (that we could find). Since the restaurant was not working, there was no way we could take care of our meals in place.
