No está a la altura del precio que pagamos
7.0La habitación preciosa (como se ve en las fotos) y la piscina verde muy agradable y romántica para estar en pareja, además no hay horarios de baño y el desayuno se sirve donde quieras, el cortijo es muy bonito, la verdad. El personal es muy amable y tuvieron un detalle con nosotros invitándonos al desayuno
− La única ducha de la piscina, estropeada Las instalaciones del gym muy regular La habitación llena de moscas (tuvimos que pedir un spray que a mi entender debería estar en las habitaciones porque está en el campo y es normal que haya muchas moscas) No había agua de cortesía… ni en un hostal te pasa… La nevera de la habitación completamente vacía… increíble El servidor de agua de las zonas comunes sin agua… de adorno, vaya. El desayuno de tostadas, de pan de sándwich… increíble, tampoco había sacarina, ni leche condensada, en fin, pequeños detalles que dejan un sitio idílico en mal lugar y que se arreglan con menos de 20€, lo que denota, a mi juicio, poco de cariño en el cuidado a clientes que han pagado 600€ por 2 noches en una habitación deluxe.
El titulo seria, la frase que decía mi nieto, dentro del yacusi: ESTO ES EL PARAISO.
10.0Del servicio, de desayuno, no puedo opinar, pues no desayunamos en el hotel. Pero del resto si puedo opinar, la estancia junto con mis hijos y mis nietos va a ser INOLVIDABLE. Yo tenia reservado, en esas fechas, un estudio para mi solo. Posteriormente, mi hija me comunico...con dos días de antelación, que la gastaría venirse ella y su familia conmigo, me puse en contacto con la dirección, y mi preocupación paso a ser la suya, pues se volcaron (Miguel y Nerea) en buscar una solución, para poder estar todos juntos. UNOS PROFESIONALES. No se me olvidan: Fabio; Reme y Rocío que nos hicieron una paella y unas pizzas en su punto...para chuparnos los dedos. Todo el personal, muy atento...pero sin empalagar. ¡ VOLVEREMOS !

Not what I expected
6.0Beautiful big house in lovely grounds. Comfortable bed. My dog was allowed to roam freely as I was the only one there.
− Probably wouldn’t have booked it if I knew I would be the only one there and no staff present at night. No read breakfast and the man asked me what I would like for breakfast and he went out and bought me the food and juice.
