They didn't comply with the reservation conditions
2.0We arrived with a reservation for four for a fixed price. Once there, they told us the price was for one person, when it was clearly stated in the confirmation email that it was for four, not once, but twice. They refused to let us in for the confirmed price, so we were stranded at 11 pm, at night, because they breached our contract. Luckily, there was room in other hotels (for that same price) and we could make a reservation, and they didn't try to scam us. Oh, and when we asked Tikary for a complaint form, they gave us a piece of color paper and a marker. We felt so insulted!

* Children under 18 are generally not allowed to stay at properties in Peru without a parent, legal guardian or duly authorized responsible person. Accompanying adults may be asked for both their and the child's ID as well as any duly notarized supporting documentation. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Peruvian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.
* According to Peruvian law, cash is not accepted for payments over PEN 2,000 or USD 500. Payments greater than these amounts must be settled by credit card or other methods approved by the property and local law. Payments cannot be split between currencies.
* One child stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Children may not be eligible for complimentary breakfast.
