2.0Casa Rido is not existing, there is no casa Rido, we pay for nothing, even the people in the place says there is no Casa Rido. You are promoting a ghost hotel, nobody knows where it is. Can you return our money please?

10.0The place is homey though most of the facilities needs to be improved and maintained regularly. Staffwise they are very courteous ans accommodating but needs to improve on providing basic amenities (e.g. Toiletries, towels, erx)
