6.0It served its purpose but no room check.Had to ask for towels every day and my key card had to be reset every day. The bathroom in room 120 is in need of a serious clean and remodel. I had to have them clean it when we arrived but whoever installed the tub did it wrong. It creaked with every shift of weight.

6.0The first room they put us in was dirty. No soap… spittle on the vanity top. Definitely not clean. I complained and they put us in a clean room immediately. The bed was comfortable and the stay was nice. I’d recommend it. Stuff happens. They corrected things quickly.

10.0Was a good quiet place to stay and received wonderful and kind service. One detail I noticed - I didn't find soap in the hallway bathroom.
