Wonderful stay!
10.0Great experience, helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great showers with hot water and strong water pressure, and the dinner was beyond my expectations even including vegetarian and vegan options! Noe, Hector, Rudolpho, and Vincente went out of their way to make my stay better. The hotel dogs were a delight as was the warm fireplace to sit in front of after a day of chilly activities.

4.0Location convenient to National Park
− Only choice for dinner was buffet, and we were not told the price but led to believe it was included in our room price. Apologies were given but that did not help. Breakfast items were not refreshed so if you came later you missed out!! Staff on the restaurant not pleasant but front desk delightful.

10.0Hotel el Ovejero es un lugar especial, con una alma de Patagonia, pero con todo el lujo posible. (Solo hay que pedir el agua potable en el comedor, del grifo no era potable durante nuestra visita)

LOCAL TAX LAW
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars (IN CASH ONLY), and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency.
In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.
