7.0The place is great. We had the best room and it was fantastic. The view it’s mind blowing. Very clean, nice bed, they always provided us with water and the boat rides they mention in the description.
− Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding due to a lack of communication on their side regarding the prices and what was or wasn’t included. At the last minute, we were presented with additional charges, which led to an argument. After that, the atmosphere no longer felt pleasant, and we were left with a sense of mistrust. We even offered to pay immediately, but they told us it was not necessary and that settling everything at check-out would be fine. However, only five minutes after that conversation, I noticed that the money had already been deducted from my bank account, which made us feel quite uncomfortable. Because of this, we went back to reception and paid the remaining balance straight away. Next day, even though we were offered to check out somewhat later, they mode the checkout time earlier without explanation so we were left with the feeling that it was due to this situation.
