Great service and a comfortable stay interrupted only by the noisy cityscape location.
7.0Clean property with beautiful appointments. Staff was amazingly professional and attentive to every need.
− The location was convenient in order to attend some events in the area but it was absolutely awful for sound. There was little sound isolation between rooms and there was almost no sound deadening for things outside. Being downtown there were trains at all hours (being from another state I didn’t realize tracks were so close), I often heard people racing in the streets, blasting music from time to time, and then each night there were emergency sirens blaring and racing off somewhere. All fairly normal or expected things downtown, however I did expect a little more isolation from the sounds inside my room. Surprisingly it sounded like every loud noise was right outside my window making it very difficult to sleep.
