9.0Very clean, modern and spacious apartment. Two bathrooms which is always a plus. Dishwasher and Washing Machine in apartment, and there was washing capsules left for both which is very handy. Spacious bedrooms, plenty wardrobe space, large bathrooms (excellent showers). Location couldn't be faulted....5 mins walk to beach and train station (just one stop into Caiscais for larger selection of shops/restaurants). Less than 5 minute walk to good supermarket.
− Outside patio area could have been cleaner.

10.0Location is incredible, just a few steps to the beach, 10min beachfront stroll to the train station - more than compensating for the lack if view of the sea or occasional motorcyclists revving their engines on weekend nights (the place is a lot more quiet than the nearby luxury hotels).
− The sleeper couch folded in the middle of the night and was rather uncomfortable in general.
