7.0La vue de la chambre du bâtiment EST est incroyable ! Et le spa est très agréable !
− Il est difficile de trouver quelqu’un qui parle anglais et encore plus difficile si on doit les contacter au téléphone. Un odeur de moisissure dans l’ascenseur qui donne accès à la piscine sur le toit qui n’est pas agréable du tout.

10.0Everything was excellent. Very nice onsen, indoor and outdoor, with all the amenities. Buffet breakfast and dinner well worth purchasing. This is a first class ryokan.
