Not informed that it's permanently closed, still charged in full for the stay.
1.0The hotel was permanently closed with a chain and lock on the door. So we didn't get to stay in it, even though my card was charged the full sum on 18 July, 2025. No one from Booking.com or the hotel informed us about the closure - we arrived at the doorstep on 23 July to find this out and were left standing outside. I had to book another hotel on the spot. I have written to Booking.com about a refund from the first day (23 July) until the last day (25 July), but no one has responded to me as of today (27 July). Very disappointed by this whole experience. We are a family of one senior person, one adult and two children below the age of 17 years old.

Well designed for a restful stay
9.0Awesome room layout with an empty glass bottle to refill at the water machine outside the room. Plenty of hanging space. Iron and board provided in communal area. Well designed and loved the shadow room numbers. Staff helpful. Grab can be ordered and eaten in the room - also easy to get Grabs to the door. Step-free access and smooth ramps, with no loose tiles. Cab to Batu Ferrengi was easy.
− Elevator is small and slow, but the stairs are lovely and wide and not too deep.
